Bachelor in Computer Engineering at Tribhuvan University 2026

The Bachelor in Computer Engineering at Tribhuvan University (TU) is a four-year, full-time program. It is offered through the Institute of Engineering (IOE). The course is available at TU’s constituent campuses such as Pulchowk, Thapathali, Purwanchal, and Pashchimanchal, as well as at various affiliated engineering colleges across Nepal.

TU has over 800 seats in Computer Engineering across its campuses. To be eligible, students must pass the IOE Entrance Exam for admission. 

The Computer Engineering curriculum covers eight semesters. Key subjects include Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, Computer Architecture, Operating Systems, Networks, Artificial Intelligence, and Software Engineering. Students also choose elective courses.
