Gandaki College of Engineering and Science

Gandaki College of Engineering and Science (GCES) is a non-profit engineering college in Lamachaur, Pokhara. It was founded in 1998 under the Gandaki Public Education Trust and is affiliated with Pokhara University. The college runs with support from the Ministry of Education, Nepal and focuses on practical, skill-based learning.

The college currently offers bachelor’s programs in Software Engineering and Computer Engineering, along with a master’s program in Information System Engineering (M.Sc. GCES offers scholarships at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Government scholarships are awarded through Pokhara University, while GCES also provides its own merit and need-based scholarships for talented and financially challenged students. Entrance and semester toppers receive additional awards each year.
