BSc. Ag stands for Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. BSc Ag is an undergraduate degree of the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science. The duration of the BSc. in Agriculture program is four years where the course is divided into 8 semesters and 167 credit hours. 

Agricultural Curriculum includes field practical training, project works, and educational visits.

Entrance Examination

Entrance Exam of Tribhuvan University, Purbanchal University, Agriculture and Forestry University would be starting from Poush, Kartik, Bhadra respectively. 

  • All questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of 80 full marks.
  • No system of Negative marking.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission

  • Must secure 50% in Entrance Exam.

  • Minimum 50% in aggregate in 10+2 in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and/or Mathematics) or I.Sc.(Mathematics & Biology) or I.Sc.( Agriculture).

Fees Structure of B.Sc. Ag in Nepal

The average course fees for the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture curriculum ranges between NR 90,000 to NR 100,000 per semester. Amount also based on the government and management quotas.
